Returns and refunds
We accept returns..Have you changed your mind or do not like the product? You have a legal timeframe of 14 days - as of the delivery of your order - within which you must notify us of your intention to return an item, the reason for its return and return the item to us.
Just first email us within 14 days and then return the item within two weeks of delivery for a full refund. The cost of returning items needs to be covered by you and we ask to return the products in the same condition you received them: They must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging (where applicable) . Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has suffered, can not be refunded nor exchanged. This is the legislation, but especially for me as a small business very important.
If the item is faulty, please email us within 30 days for a full refund. We will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and refund or replace the exact item (subject to availability). In this case return postage will be paid, so please contact us in advance.
Please note if items are found damaged as a result of excessive use, they are not considered faulty.
